Reju Koshy Founder & Director Snippet Commerce 360°

With over 25 years of extensive experience in the tech industry, Reju Koshy has established himself as a visionary leader and an expert in software development and e-commerce solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Snippet Commerce 360° since April 2022, he drives innovation and excellence, leveraging his deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to deliver impactful results. When asked about his passion, Reju Koshy often says, “Technology is my bread and butter—I won’t eat bread and butter if I have the technology.”

During his tenure at Guthy|Renker, Reju Koshy served as Software Development Manager and E-Commerce Technical Lead for over 6 years. He led a dynamic team of 15-20 developers, spearheading the rollout of major brands, integrating advanced payment systems, and enhancing customer engagement tools, ensuring seamless project management and timely delivery.

In addition to his remarkable track record in the tech industry, Reju Koshy has continually demonstrated his commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. His collaboration with Sephora to enhance their Xstore POS systems underscores his dedication to optimizing operational efficiency and customer service. Working closely with the support team, Reju Koshy leveraged his technical expertise to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience. By implementing strategic enhancements and leveraging innovative solutions, he played a pivotal role in ensuring that Sephora’s POS systems met the evolving needs of the business and its customers. Reju Koshy’s proactive approach and collaborative mindset exemplify his ability to drive positive change and deliver tangible results in complex, high-stakes environments.

At Walmart eCommerce, he contributed significantly as a Senior Principal Consultant. Reju Koshy played a crucial role in optimizing Walmart’s e-commerce platform, successfully implementing key features, enhancing performance, and executing a major platform migration, which improved user experience and operational efficiency.

Reju also worked on IBM WebSphere Commerce implementation for IKEA in Älmhult, Sweden. He collaborated with the team to set up the store, customize storefront pages, and integrate third-party tools, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Reju worked with VFCorp for building websites for The North Face, Wrangler, and Lee. He was instrumental in implementing inventory sharing between stores, deploying the extended sites model, and designing master and sales catalogs for various VF Corporation stores.

As a Senior WCS Developer at JEGS High Performance, he refined search engine capabilities and enhanced the WebSphere Commerce platform, driving better performance and user satisfaction.

During his tenure at The Home Depot as a Technical Consultant, Reju Koshy managed multiple projects, including the redesign of category and product listing pages and the integration of Google AdSense, resulting in increased functionality and revenue growth.

At Wipro Technologies, he delivered outstanding results on high-profile projects for clients like 1-800-Flowers and Argos. His work involved platform design, performance optimization, and successful implementation of complex e-commerce solutions. He also worked with Sephora to enhance their Xstore POS systems.

In the early stages of his career at various startup technology companies, Reju Koshy developed and implemented various projects, including job portals and profiling tools, using technologies such as Java, Struts, JNI, and PHP.

Reju Koshy’s expertise encompasses building e-commerce platforms from scratch, integrating them with various systems, and utilizing analytics to boost sales and transactions. His work includes implementing AI-powered promotions, pricing engines, diverse buying flow experiences, A/B testing, fraud management systems, order management systems, and product management systems. Additionally, he has experience with Facebook pixels, Google conversions, and other advanced marketing and tracking tools.
