This Privacy Policy describes how Snippet Commerce 360 (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information in the Shopify Group Metafields Manager app. We do not store, retain, or share any merchant or customer personal data on our servers. All operations happen securely through Shopify’s APIs within the merchant’s store. Information we may temporarily access (only during your session)

• Shopify metafield data from objects you select (products,variants,collections, customers,orders and pages)
• Customer name and email — only when you search by these fields to locate records.
• Order No — only when you search by these fields to locate records.

This information is never stored in our databases and is only used to display results inside your store’s admin. The only information that we store in our databases is the custom groups you create in the app and their association links to Shopify objects. This is required solely for the functioning of the app and does not contain any personal customer or order information. If you uninstall the app, all app-related data (like group configurations) is permanently deleted from our system immediately.
