Job Description:

Snippet Commerce 360 Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to joinour e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis,particularly within the e-commerce sector. This role requires a minimum of 3 years ofexperience in analyzing business processes and data to help drive the success of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

● Requirement Gathering:

○ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business

requirements for e-commerce projects.

○ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for

growth and improvement.

● Process Improvement:

○ Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for

improvement.

○ Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency

and effectiveness.

● Data Analysis:

○ Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and

recommendations.

○ Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators

(KPIs) and business metrics.

● Project Management:

○ Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time,

within scope, and within budget.

○ Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

● Stakeholder Communication:

○ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to

ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.

○ Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate business requirements.

● Documentation:

○ Create detailed business requirement documents, user stories, and process

flows.

○ Maintain comprehensive documentation for all business analysis activities and

deliverables.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the e-commerce

sector.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies.

● Experience with complete order flow, buy flow, campaign management, promotions,

pricing, catalog management, and third-party vendor integrations.

● Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

Preferred:

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Design and develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.

• Implement and maintain front-end applications using React.js and Next.js.

• Develop and maintain responsive e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
