Reju Koshy Founder & Director Snippet Commerce 360°

With over 25 years of extensive experience in the tech industry, Reju Koshy has established himself as a visionary leader and an expert in software development and e-commerce solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Snippet Commerce 360° since April 2022, he drives innovation and excellence, leveraging his deep technical expertise and strategic leadership to deliver impactful results. When asked about his passion, Reju Koshy often says, “Technology is my bread and butter—I won’t eat bread and butter if I have the technology.”

During his tenure at Guthy|Renker, Reju Koshy served as Software Development Manager and E-Commerce Technical Lead for over 6 years. He led a dynamic team of 15-20 developers, spearheading the rollout of major brands, integrating advanced payment systems, and enhancing customer engagement tools, ensuring seamless project management and timely delivery.

In addition to his remarkable track record in the tech industry, Reju Koshy has continually demonstrated his commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. His collaboration with Sephora to enhance their Xstore POS systems underscores his dedication to optimizing operational efficiency and customer service. Working closely with the support team, Reju Koshy leveraged his technical expertise to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience. By implementing strategic enhancements and leveraging innovative solutions, he played a pivotal role in ensuring that Sephora’s POS systems met the evolving needs of the business and its customers. Reju Koshy’s proactive approach and collaborative mindset exemplify his ability to drive positive change and deliver tangible results in complex, high-stakes environments.

At Walmart eCommerce, he contributed significantly as a Senior Principal Consultant. Reju Koshy played a crucial role in optimizing Walmart’s e-commerce platform, successfully implementing key features, enhancing performance, and executing a major platform migration, which improved user experience and operational efficiency.

Reju also worked on IBM WebSphere Commerce implementation for IKEA in Älmhult, Sweden. He collaborated with the team to set up the store, customize storefront pages, and integrate third-party tools, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Reju worked with VFCorp for building websites for The North Face, Wrangler, and Lee. He was instrumental in implementing inventory sharing between stores, deploying the extended sites model, and designing master and sales catalogs for various VF Corporation stores.

As a Senior WCS Developer at JEGS High Performance, he refined search engine capabilities and enhanced the WebSphere Commerce platform, driving better performance and user satisfaction.

During his tenure at The Home Depot as a Technical Consultant, Reju Koshy managed multiple projects, including the redesign of category and product listing pages and the integration of Google AdSense, resulting in increased functionality and revenue growth.

At Wipro Technologies, he delivered outstanding results on high-profile projects for clients like 1-800-Flowers and Argos. His work involved platform design, performance optimization, and successful implementation of complex e-commerce solutions. He also worked with Sephora to enhance their Xstore POS systems.

In the early stages of his career at various startup technology companies, Reju Koshy developed and implemented various projects, including job portals and profiling tools, using technologies such as Java, Struts, JNI, and PHP.

Reju Koshy’s expertise encompasses building e-commerce platforms from scratch, integrating them with various systems, and utilizing analytics to boost sales and transactions. His work includes implementing AI-powered promotions, pricing engines, diverse buying flow experiences, A/B testing, fraud management systems, order management systems, and product management systems. Additionally, he has experience with Facebook pixels, Google conversions, and other advanced marketing and tracking tools.

As an Account Executive, responsible for overseeing and managing company accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and handling contractual and legal matters. Sridhar Prasanth Palanisamy
Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Sridhar Prasanth Palanisamy is a Full Stack Technical Lead  specializing in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Currently working as a Technical Lead at Snippet Commerce 360, assisting the team in delivering products on time, providing support to developers to resolve issues, and planning sprint operations with the Business Development Analyst to ensure a smooth workflow. As a Tech Lead, it is essential to understand the client’s requirements thoroughly to ensure solutions align with their expectations. Daily standup meetings are conducted to accelerate progress and ensure tasks and tickets are completed within estimated timelines. Responsibilities also include testing applications at the code level and optimizing them, while concurrently managing other key development tasks.

Previously, worked as a Next.js Developer at JIC IT Solutions in Kochi on three projects with a team of 25 members, gaining experience with new packages. Worked on React.js, collaborating with the team to explore and complete six modules for each project. As an experienced developer, handled issues and assisted juniors in resolving their challenges.

Before that, served as a Software Developer at The Ticket 9 Event Tech Private Ltd in Coimbatore, working on an E-Commerce Application that enabled organizers to create events and users to book them through the web application. This project utilized Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and Firebase, and involved a team of around ten members handling both frontend and backend development and deployment. Also developed dashboards for admins, organizers, and users.

Earlier in the career, served as an Associate Software Engineer at Rurutek Private Ltd Company in Chennai, contributing to three internal projects using the MERN stack: Daily Task Management, a Meal Management System, and Income Quality Control, collaborating with a team of three members. Additionally, revamped the company’s site using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

RACHITHA RAVINDRAN
Business Analyst

As a seasoned Business Analyst with 2 years of experience, brings a unique blend of analytical and project management skills to Snippet Commerce 360. The role encompasses not only analyzing complex data and optimizing business processes but also leading projects to successful completion. In the capacity as a Business Analyst, excels in gathering and interpreting data, identifying areas for improvement, and formulating actionable strategies that align with organizational goals. Works closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and that insights are translated into effective solutions.

Simultaneously, strong project management skills enable overseeing the end-to-end execution of key initiatives. He has led the customization of user interfaces, spanning from the Home Page to the Order Placement flow, ensuring a seamless user experience. His expertise extends to the integration of third-party services, including analytics pixel integrations, ADA compliance solutions, review systems, and more.

In his role as a Technical Lead, Mohamed orchestrates efficient development processes for various eCommerce platforms, including Shopify and Magento. He plays a pivotal role in supporting distinguished clients as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Associate, delivering high-quality solutions and enhancing user experiences across digital storefronts.

UI Developer

As a UI Developer, specializes in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications. Currently working at Snippet Commerce 360 Pvt Ltd, the role involves collaborating with UX designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to translate design concepts into interactive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. Works on eCommerce sites, ensuring that the design is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly by considering UX principles. Creates new animated UIs using current technologies such as Angular, React, and Next.js.

In the previous role at Techno Genesis Software Solution, worked for two and a half years. During this time, handled more than 10 projects, including eCommerce sites, admin portals, and various email templates. As a UX Designer, created many creative posters and worked on digital marketing ads.

The career started as a Visual Designer, responsible for creating banners and posters, and also partially worked on UI for websites. This role was held for six months, during which UI development technologies such as HTML and CSS were learned. After six months, transitioned from UX Designer to UI Developer to understand the development process more deeply. The journey began as a UX Designer and now continues as a UI Developer. Moving forward, aims to learn both front-end and back-end development to create entire websites from scratch to finish, aspiring to become a full-stack developer without needing support.

The journey has been challenging, with obstacles along the way, but refueling and moving towards goals has always been a constant. One day, the endpoint will be reached, but the journey will continue with new technologies and challenges. Believes in continuous learning and pushing beyond comfort zones.

Associate Developer

As an Associate Developer, specializes in crafting robust e-commerce solutions.
